Gates: Sunday, April 16, 2017, at age 58. Predeceased by her father, Thomas Urquhart; stepfather, Robert Ford; brother, Gordy Urquhart; sister and brother-in-law, Stephanie and Joseph Carulli. She is survived by her children, Robert Legan, Amanda Peruzzini; grandchildren, Emma, Rylie, Owen and Liam; mother, JoAnne Ford; brother, David (Kathleen) Urquhart; sisters, Tammy (Thomas) O’Connell, Tina (Michael) Laucht; many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call THURSDAY from 4-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates, where her funeral services will follow at 7:00PM. Interment, private. Those wishing, donations may be directed to Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Road, Fairport, NY 14450 in her memory.
