He is survived by his loving wife, of 49 years, Maria Strano Rossi; children, Matilda Rossi & Anthony (Tabatha) Rossi; grandchildren, Jeremy Rossi, Alexander & Ayla Rossi; his sister, Silvana (Vittorio) Alaimo of Italy; sister-in-law, Vivian Sanfilippo; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends here and in Italy.
Alex was a retiree of Rochester Products. He was a singer for Sandro ei Giovani and he was a member of the IACC.
Friends may call MONDAY only 4:00-8:00 PM at DiPonzio Funeral Home Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Tuesday, June 13, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 9:30 AM in St. Jude Church, 4100 Lyell Road. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Masses may be offered in his memory.
