Gates: Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at age 80. Predeceased by his sisters, Shirley Harper, Carol Smith, Lois Anderson and Doris Bloom. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Joanne (Cira) Damuth; children, Donald M. (Cheryl) Damuth, Brian (Vicki) Damuth, Valerie (Kenneth) Hebert; 7 grandchildren,; 6 great grandchildren; sister, Joyce Baumbarger; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Samuel and Kathy Cira, Rose Patuto; many nieces and nephews. Don was a long-time usher at St. Theodore’s Church.
Friends may call MONDAY from 4-8PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Tuesday morning, August 1, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 9:30 in St. Theodore’s Church, 168 Spencerport Road. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
