He is survived by his father and mother, Michael and Rose (Gillis) Koban; sister, Sarah (Richard) Wood; niece, Harper Wood; maternal grandmother, Rose Gillis; paternal grandfather, Michael (Sandra) Koban; godmother and “second mom”, Michelle Ryan; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Michael had a passion for art and music and loved playing the guitar. He received his certification in Mechatronic Technology from FLCC,
