Rochester: Saturday, February 18, 2017, at age 81. Predeceased by his wife, Beverly. He is survived by his children, Liz (Joe) Provenza, Henry Jr. (June) Mitchell, Clarence “Mitch” (Teri) Mitchell, Jean (Donald) Louk, Tammy Mitchell, James Mitchell; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
