Lombardini, Cosmo A.
Greece: Suddenly on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at age 85. Predeceased by his loving wife of 59 years, Marjorie (Capadano) Lombardini; father and mother, Vincent and Francesca Lombardini; brother, Andrea Lombardini. He is survived by his children, Vincent (Sandra) Lombardini, Sharon (Kevin) Dornan; grandchildren, David Lombardini (fiancée, Jenelle Galetto), Dr. Laura (Dr. Louis) Cavadini, Robert (Lisa) Dornan; great grandchildren, Jordan Lombardini, Ashton Dornan, and his expected Cavadini great grandson due in spring; sister-in-law, Frances Lombardini; brother-in-law, Harry Capadano; many nieces and nephews. Mr. Lombardini was a retiree of the NYS Department of Labor and an Army Veteran. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and will be missed by all who knew him.
Friends may call SUNDAY from 2-5PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Monday, December 17, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at St. John the Evangelist Church of Greece, 2400 W. Ridge Rd. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to St. John Fisher College, 3690 East Ave, Rochester, NY 14618 or to Aquinas Institute, 1127 Dewey Ave., Rochester, NY 14613 in his memory.
