She is survived by her children, Don (Carol) Fazio of FL, Roxanne Fazio-Baldo, Anthony DiPonzio, Laura (David) Hoffman; 9 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; brother, Samuel Lomonaco; many nieces and nephews.
No prior calling. On Friday, December 17, all are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 9:30 at St. Theodore’s Church, 168 Spencerport Rd. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Those wishing, donations may be directed to Alzheimer’s Assoc., 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14620 in her memory.
