Rochester: Thursday, January 4, 2024, at age 88. Predeceased by her husband, Donald C. Max; son Charles Max; parents, John & Bridget Neary; brothers, John Neary and Edward Neary; sister, Mary Donnelly; cousin, Theresa Kelly. She is survived by her children, Don J. Max (Camay Hults), Eileen Max, Maureen (Doug) Foster; daughter-in-law, Terri Max; granddaughters, Shannon Foster, Janelle Max; sister, Eileen (Richard) Poshva; sister-in-law, Jeannine Neary; brother-in-law, Patrick Donnelly; many nieces and nephews; cousins in Ireland, and friends.
Ann was a retiree of Delco (1951-1983).
Friends may call THURSDAY from 4:00-7:00 PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Friday, January 12, all are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 11:00AM at Parish of the Holy Family Church ( St. Jude’s Site), 4100 Lyell Rd. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gates Volunteer Ambulance Service, Inc., 1001 Elmgrove Road, Rochester, NY 14624 in her memory.
