Gates: Tuesday, September 1, 2020, at age 90. Predeceased by her father and mother, Anthony and Jessie Rause. She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Ernest J. Catone; daughter, Janice (Paul) Bartz; son, Ronald Catone of FL; grandchildren, Nicole (Josh) Jenny, Christopher Catone (Sallie), Jeffrey Pyles (Rebecca Hinds), Kristen (Jacob) Massey; great grandchildren, McKaleigh, J.J., Jeffrey, Jr., Lillyana, Jacob, Zachary and Lucia; many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Catone was a retiree of the County of Monroe, and a member of the Eagles Club, Gates Amita Club and Gates Seniors Club.
Friends may call FRIDAY from 4-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Rd., Gates. On Saturday, September 5, all are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 9:00AM at the Parish of the Holy Family (St. Jude’s Church), 4100 Lyell Rd. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959 in her memory.
