Gates: unexpectedly at age 83. He is survived by his sons, Anthony DeMarco of FL, Thomas DeMarco, John DeMarco; grandsons, Reed Ashline, Josh, Tyler and Ryan Fuller; great granddaughter, Jolie; sister-in-law, Mary DeMarco; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends; dear friend, Jack Papaleo. Babe was a well-known mechanic at Gates Bowl and a longtime employee for the LeChase family. He was an avid bowler and a lifelong Yankee fan.
Friends may call August 20, from 3-8PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Wednesday, August 21, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 9:30 in St. Theodore’s Church, 168 Spencerport Rd. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Humane Society at Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd., Fairport, NY 14450 in his memory.
