Gates: Wednesday, July 20, 2022, at age 89. Predeceased by her husband, Giorgio Formicola; one sister and three brothers in Italy. She is survived by her loving and devoted daughters, Theresa (Ponch) Mazurett, Angela (Mike) LaMarca, Pina Formicola; grandchildren, Giorgio (Melissa) LaMarca, Louis (Gabrielle) LaMarca, Franco Mazurett, Karina (Kevin) Rhodes, Michael (Tiera) LaMarca, Cassandra and Alexa Halvatzis; great grandchildren, Julian, Giovanni, Liliana and Vincent, and a great grandson due in January; many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Mrs. Formicola was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Co.
Friends may call SUNDAY from 2-6PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Monday, July 25, all are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 9:30 at St. Theodore’s Church, 168 Spencerport Road. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Alzheimer’s Assoc., 435 E. Henrietta Rd., Rochester, NY 14620 in her memory.
