Rochester: Sunday, December 18, 2022, at age 87. Predeceased by his father and mother, John and Anna DiNardo; sister-in-law, Mary DiNardo. He is survived by his loving wife, Elaine; brother, Patrick DiNardo (Rosann Caiola); nieces, Michele (Paul) Priebe, Tricia (Michael) Budd; many great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends. Blaise was a retired detective with the City of Rochester Police Department, Director of Security of the Rochester Red Wings for 57 years and then became Ambassador for the Red Wings.
Friends may call MONDAY, January 2, 2023, from 2-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Tuesday, January 3, 2023, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 9:30AM at St. Theodore’s Church, 168 Spencerport Rd. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the YMCA of Greater Rochester (rochesterymca.org) in his memory.
