He is survived by his father and mother, Steve and Cathy Phillips; sister, Stephanie (Aaron) Bottazzo; grandmother, Christine DiCamillo; nephews, Charles, Levi and Trenton Bottazzo; uncles and aunts, Ronald Phillips, Alicia and Jim Engler, Kara and Aaron Brady; many cousins and friends, especially his friends at Corning of Fairport.
