Cipolla, Rev. Calogero “Carlos”

Gates: Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at age 88. Predeceased by his parents, Giuseppe & Catalina; brothers, Diego and Biagio (Connie). He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Sara Cipolla; children, Joe (Petrita) Cipolla and Catalina (David) Johnson; grandchildren, Sarita and Adam Cipolla, Joshua and Benjamin Johnson; great granddaughters, Lucia and Lenora Cipolla; sister-in-law, Lidia Cipolla; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Rev. Cipolla was founder (in 1971) and president of the Evangelical Christian Church of Argentina, where currently there are 12 churches. He was also a retiree of General Motors.
Friends may call MONDAY only, July 13, from 5:00-8:00 pm at DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Funeral Services and interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Heart Assoc., 25 Circle Street, Suite 102, Rochester, NY 14607 in his memory.
A Memorial Service will be announced at a future date.
