New Port Richey, Fl: Formerly of Gates, NY: Born in Realmonte, Sicily on February 5, 1943, died peacefully Wednesday, October 11, 2023. Predeceased by his wife, Giuseppa Navarra; parents, Giuseppe and Mattea [Saieva] Navarra. He is survived by his daughters, Mattea (Frank) Femia, Josie Navarra, and Mimi (Gary) Kepner; grandchildren, Maria (Brett) Litak, Samuel (Trisha) Kepner, Allyson Carlos, Damien Kepner, Michael (Sherrie) Boff, David Itterman, and Frankie III (Valerie) Femia; great grandchildren, Ella and Evie Kepner, Brooks and Brianna Litak; brothers, Peter Navarra of Italy, Vincent (Diane) Navarra of Albion, Carmen Navarra, and Antonino (Nella) Navarra of Albion; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Charlie had emigrated to the United States in 1973 and had worked at Ragu and Cantisano Foods as a Forklift Operator for over 35 years.
Friends may call Saturday, October 21, from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm at DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. His Funeral Service will immediately follow at Noon in the funeral home. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
