Irondequoit: Thursday, October 28, 2021, at age 82. Predeceased by her husband, Paul Loce. She is survived by her daughters, Maria Elliotte, Carolynn O'Connell (Patrick Russi), Kathleen (David) Robertson; grandchildren, Nicole and Terry James O’Connell, Stephen and Timothy Meteyer, Catherine Elliotte, Kristyn and Michael Robertson; sisters, Patricia Formicola, Gloria Schafhauser; many nieces and nephews. Carol was an associate of the Sisters of Mercy.
Friends may call TUESDAY, November 9, from 4-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Rd., Gates. On Wednesday, November 10, friends are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at St. Kateri Parish at Christ the King Church, 445 S. Kings Highway. Interment, private. Those wishing, donations may be directed to Sunset House, 3746 St. Paul Blvd., Rochester, NY 14617 or to House of Mercy, 285 Ormond St. Rochester, NY 14605 in her memory. Carol’s daughters would like to thank the staff at Sunset House for their loving and compassionate care.
