Gates: Friday, September 15, 2023, at age 73. Predeceased by his father and mother, Joseph and Lillian Carusone; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Toby and Veni Brongo. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Ann (Brongo) Carusone; children, Joseph (Meredith) Carusone, Anthony (Mandi) Carusone, Dena (Andy) Knight; grandchildren, Ariella and Avery Carusone, Kylie and Carter Carusone, Mason and Madison Knight; sisters, Carol Albee, Joanne (Jim) Orlando, Rochelle Giordano; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Annette and Gary Kohl; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Don was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Co. and an Army veteran of Vietnam.
Friends may call MONDAY from 4-8PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Tuesday, September 19, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 9:30AM at St. Theodore’s Church, 168 Spencerport Road. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Disabled American Veterans (www.dav.org) in his memory.
