Earl S. Houseknecht Jr.
North Chili, NY: Earl passed away peacefully on April 29. 2023. at age 93, surrounded by his loved ones. He was predeceased by his parents, Earl Sr. & Marion; his siblings, Ted, Roland, Joyce and Anne, also sister-in- law, June, brother- in- law Arnold. He is survived by his beloved wife Katherine of 70 years; his seven children, Steven of TX, Dennis (Jane) of AZ, Vicki (Jim) Goodnow of Henrietta, Terry (Nancy) of Brockport, Carol (Gary) Trobia of Churchville, Andrea (Allen) Gray of NC and Janine Gillespie of IL; 9 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; brother-in-law, Howard of NC and sister-in-law Sandra of PA; numerous relatives and friends he had made throughout his prolific career in cable television. Special thanks for all the care and compassion he received at St. John’s Home, Highland Ave, 4 South.
Earl’s wish to have his body donated to the Anatomical Gift program at the University of Rochester was fulfilled. Private interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Lewy Body Dementia/Alzheimer’s Assoc. in Earl’s memory.
