Obituary

Winterkorn, Edward F.
Greece: Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at age 91. Predeceased by his son, Edward Michael Winterkorn; parents, Edmund and Marion Winterkorn; brother, Rev. Robert Winterkorn; sisters, Carolann Leonard and Nancy Winterkorn. He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Bernice (Goodberlet) Winterkorn; children, Kathleen (Peter) Dunbeck of MA, Paul (Jonette) Winterkorn, Ellen (Kevin) Hann; 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sister, Marilyn Weber; sisters-in-law, Theresa Langschwager, Joan Gaska; many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Winterkorn was a retired industrial engineer and project manager from Eastman Kodak Co. and a Navy Veteran. He was a lifelong volunteer for Catholic Ministries, ARC of Monroe County and Boy Scouts of America where he was an Eagle Scout. After his retirement from Kodak, he founded a project management consulting business.
A Memorial Mass at Our Mother of Sorrows Church will be announced at a later date. Those wishing, donations may be directed to Parkinson’s Foundation Greater Rochester Chapter, 1000 Elmwood Ave., Rochester, NY 14620 in his memory.
