Wayland/Rochester: Friday, January 12, 2024, at age 73. Predeceased by her parents, Mario and Josephine Marinetti. She is survived by her children, Richard Thomas (Meredith) Sweeney II, Meghan (Richard E.) Sarkis; their father, Richard Thomas Sweeney; grandchildren, Madeline and Grace Menz, Dylan Sweeney, Alexander and Julian Sarkis; sister, Kathryn (David) Capierseho; uncle, Richard Klein; many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Friends may call FRIDAY from 4-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Saturday, January 20, all are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at Holy Apostles Church (Lyell Ave. and Austin St.). Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in her memory.
