Friedman, Elta M. “Bud”
Gates: Tuesday, March 31, 2020, at age 74. Predeceased by his parents, Melvin and Annalou Friedman, brother, Steven Friedman. He is survived by his loving wife, Marion Heaton; children, Jon (Stephanie) Friedman of MA, Tresa Deveraux of MA; grandchildren, Michael, Sarah and Hannah Friedman, Jacob Deveraux; brothers, John (Jane) Friedman, Greg (Karen) Friedman, Tom (Wendy) Friedman; sisters, Deb (Nick) Perlozzo, Kim (Gary) Oliver; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Verna Friedman, Nigel Heaton, Lisa Lee Heaton; many nieces and nephews. Bud had a passion for flying, was a volunteer for the Civil Air Patrol, and was a Navy veteran of Vietnam.
Services and interment will be held at the convenience of his family. Those wishing, donations may be directed to American Cancer Society, 1120 South Goodman St., Rochester, NY 14620 in his memory.
