Chili: Sunday, April 4, 2021, at age 40. He is survived by his son, Ayden Blockston; mother, Catherine (Joseph) Leonardo; father, Frank W. (Cathy) Blockston, Jr.; brother, Joseph Leonardo; stepsister, Kelly Walker; nieces and nephew, Eriana, Jason and Brielle; many other relatives and friends. Frank served his country proudly in the Army National Guard for 9 years, and was proud to be Field Trial Basset Hunting Judge. He was currently employed by UPS, a member of Teamsters Local 118, and was an avid hockey player and sports fan.
Friends may call THURSDAY, April 8, from 12:00 noon to 3:00PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates, where a service will follow at 3:00PM. Interment, private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to a charity of your choice in his memory.
