Rochester: Our beloved Dad passed away on February 24, 2022, at age 88. He is predeceased by his granddaughter, Kristina Marie Keeley; his parents, Angelo and Lucia Ricci-Capuano; brothers, Aurelio, Albert and Angelo, Jr. Capuano; sisters, Louise Zastawrny, Josephine Capuano, Helen D’Allesandro and Theresa Weaver. He is survived by his daughters, Ann Marie (John) Keeley, Tina Marie (Kevin) Bruton; grandchildren, Sarah (Joe) Valerino, Frank, Daniel and Lindsay Lupiani, Amanda (Vincent) Colletti and Bryan Keeley; great grandchildren, Roman, Gabriella and Joseph; brothers, Richard, Thomas (Sue) Capuano; sister, Rose Capuano; sister-in-law, Rita Capuano; many nieces, nephews and friends. Frank grew up in the family bakery business where they made ‘Cappy’s Bread’ and other Italian foods. He was an Air Force Veteran of the Korean War (1952-1956) where he was stationed at Bentwater’s Air Force Base in England. He retired from RIT after 25 years as a cook who they called ‘Gumba’. He also volunteered at Strong Memorial Hospital mailroom for several years after his retirement. His family meant everything to him, and he will be missed.
Services and interment were privately held with his family and a mass will be held at a later date.
