Gates: Saturday, October 16, 2021, at age 100. Predeceased by his wife, Helen Castellano. He is survived by his daughters, Linda Miller, Diane Granata, Lisa (John) Smigelskis; grandchildren, Dawn (Frank) Arieno, Robert Miller, John Granata, Marianna Turner, Joe (Grace) Granata, Jason (Alana) Smigelskis, Alan (Kristen) Smigelskis; 12 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandson; many nieces and nephews. Mr. Castellano was a retiree of Delco Products and an Army Veteran of WWII.
Friends may call WEDNESDAY from 3-6PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Rd., Gates. On Thursday, October 21, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 9:30 at St. Theodore’s Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Honor Flight Rochester, PO Box 23581, Rochester, NY 14692 in his memory.
