Gates: Friday, October 11, 2019, at age 82. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Tina (Dentino) L’Abbate; children, Frank Jr. (Kathy) L’Abbate, Dino L’Abbate, Renee Gaudioso (Scott) DiCesare; daughter-in-law, Valeria L’Abbate; grandchildren, Valerie L’Abbate (Jacob Miller), Frankie L’Abbate (fiancee, Julia Polsinello), Dino and Alex L’Abbate, Gina and R.J. Gaudioso, Frank DiCesare; sisters, Dina (Vincent) Falbo, Mary Piccolo, Melina (Sam) Hardy; many nieces and nephews. Mr. L’Abbate was a retired electrician from Wegman’s.
No prior calling. On Thursday morning, October 17, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 10:00 at Holy Ghost Church, 220 Coldwater Road. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Those wishing, donations may be directed to Journey Home, 994 Long Pond Road, Rochester, NY 14626 in his memory. Frank’s family would like to thank the staff at Journey Home for their loving and compassionate Care.
