Mielnicki, Frank J. “Coach Mel”
Greece: Monday, January 4, 2021, at age 88. He was a wonderful and loving husband, father and grandfather. He is predeceased by his parents, Frank Sr. and Anne Mielnicki; sisters, Ann Marie LeBeau and Evelyn Lucca. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Marie (Magliozzi) Mielnicki; daughters, Lisa (Michael) O’Neal, Andrea (Larry) Wine of GA, Raelyn (David) Portka of GA; grandchildren, Bryan (Jami) O’Neal, Alisa (Kyle) Andrews, Jessica Wine, Brandon Wine, Delaney Portka, Gabrielle Portka; great grandchildren, Addyson, Jayla Rae, Amaya and Presley; sister-in-law, Joan Magliozzi of PA; many nieces and nephews. Frank was a long-time football and wrestling coach at Edison Tech, and was inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2011. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War.
