Webster: Unexpectedly on Monday, January 4, 2021, at age 67. Predeceased by his parents, Patrick and Ella Miller; mother-in-law, Carol Tallini. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 46 years, Deborah (Tallini) Miller; children, Carolyn Miller, Sean (Chrystal) Miller; his adored grandchildren, Brandon, Vienna and Gavin Miller; brother, Rick (Barbara) Miller of MD; sister, Jodi (Scott) Norman of IN; father-in-law, Anthony (Vicki) Tallini of FL; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Kathy and Rocco Gianni of WA, Cyndi and Larry Preston of Rochester, Mary Chris Tallini of Rochester; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Born in Oil City, PA Michael attended Gannon University and Georgetown Law Center. He had a love of outdoors, campfires, and moon shadows on the lawn. Michael was an avid reader who enjoyed his weekly trips to the public library. He was also a loyal and devoted fan of the Washington Capitals and Pittsburgh Steelers. Most of all he loved his children, grandchildren, family, friends, and APD fraternity brothers. Mike knew he was lucky to marry his college sweetheart, Debby, who he loved and was loved by always and forever. During his 30 years at Dibble and Miller Law, Michael was known for his integrity, impeccable work ethic, and compassion. He will be missed by his clients and colleagues.
