Rochester: Saturday, October 22, 2022, at age 107. Predeceased by her parents, George and Turkmane; brothers & sisters-in-law, George, Joseph (Mary), Peter (Sophie), and Thomas; sisters, Mary, Sr. Mary Josephine, OCD, Rosaline, & Sr. Sadie, R.C.; nephew, Peter. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Deborah; nieces and nephews, Barbara (Lenny) Frederico, Susan (Arthur) Kaufman, Carole (Mark) Wahl, Thomas (Barbie) Nesser, Linda Cotton, Charles Nesser, & Lori (Anthony) Garcea; 13 great nieces & nephews; 24 great-great nieces & nephews; 3 great-great-great nephews.
Idell was a devoted parishioner of St. Nicholas Church and was also a member of The Ladies Altar Society.
No prior calling. On Thursday, October 27, all are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM in St. Nicholas Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Nicholas Church, 1492 Spencerport Road, Rochester, NY 14606 in her memory.
The family would like to thank the nurses & staff (especially the 8th floor) at St. Ann’s Community for the special care they gave Idell.
