Rochester: Monday, April 22, 2019, at age 86. Predeceased by his wife, Ann (Giudice) Kozlowski; daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Robert Jacobs; father and mother, John J. and Louisa Kozlowski. He is survived by his children, John J. (Kim) Kozlowski, Gary (Marie) Kozlowski, Grace (Erich) Ammann of Switzerland; grandchildren, John D. (Amanda) Kozlowski, Jessica (Jerry) Maynard of FL, Sophia and Celina Ammann of Switzerland; great grandchildren, Johnny and Andrew Kozlowski, Hannah and Olivia Maynard; brother, Don Kozlowski; several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. John was a retired store manager from Wegman’s and an Army Veteran of the Korean War.
Friends may call FRIDAY Morning, July 19, 2019, from 9:00-11:00 at the Calvary Chapel of the Westside, 2407 S. Union St., Spencerport, where his funeral services will follow at 11:00AM.
