Rochester: Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at age 89. He is survived by his wife, Milagros Soto; children, Gloria Soto, Dianna (Greg) Trush, Jose Soto, Jr., Victor Soto, Maira (Jack) Holt, Arlyne (Karim) Euchi, Tomas (Maria) Soto; many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mr. Soto was a retiree of the Rochester City School District.
Friends may call TUESDAY, August 9, 2022, from 4-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. Interment will be in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico.
