Gates/Honeoye: Sunday, June 27, 2021, at age 86. Predeceased by his parents, John and Lucy Carusotti; sister, Barbara Graber. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Carol (Scaramuzzo) Carusotti; children, Karen Taylor, Ann Marie Donofrio (Rob Hyder), John (Laurie) Carusotti; grandsons, Michael Carusotti (fiancee, Mollie Daly), Nicholas Carusotti (Coleman Chaisty); great granddaughter, Ivy Mae Carusotti; many cousins and friends. Joe was a retiree of General Motors and an Army veteran.
Friends may call Wednesday, from 4-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Thursday, July 1, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 9:30 at St. Theodore’s Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in his memory.
