Fort Mill, SC: Friday, November 18, 2022, at age 88. Lillian is survived by her children, Susan Bryan, Barbara (John) Harrington, Lisa (Marc) Zimmerman and Tom (Kara) Taddeo. Predeceased by her loving husband of 48 years, Frederick D. Taddeo and husband James R. Cleary, brothers Samuel (Nancy) and Joseph Caruso and son-in-law Dave Bryan.
Her favorite title was Mama and her love of family will be carried through her grandchildren Krista VanDusen, Courtney (Cameron) Payne, Elizabeth (Nicholas) Centanni, Mackenzie (Benjamin) Nowacki, Erica (Matthew) Yonkman, Lindsay (Joseph) DiPonzio, Rocco and Kyla Taddeo, Kristina Harrington, Andrew (Natasha) Harrington, Jill (Stephen) Wisnowski, Christopher and Craig VanDusen. The joy of family continued with great grandchildren Kayden, Brandon, Kalan, Madison, Kylie, Lilliana, Nayara and Aletta. She is also survived by sister-in-law Barbara Matrachisia and many nieces and nephews.

Lillian held a special place in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren, close friends and the “Club Girls”. Lillian spent 86 years of her life in Rochester where she was a realtor for 20 years, a member of Brooklea Country Club and an active participant of the Rochester Dance Club where many lifelong friendships were established. Her love for life came from her family which was her number one priority, and in recent years she cherished the role of Matriarch.
Friends may call Wednesday, November 30, 2022, from 3:00-7:00PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Thursday, December 1, 2022, all are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 9:30AM at St. Theodore’s Church, 168 Spencerport Road. Interment, Holy Ghost Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer’s Association, 200 Meridian Center Blvd., Suite 110, Rochester, NY 14618 or Minds Matter program of Fort Mill, SC that Lillian attended and thoroughly enjoyed in her final year. Any donation there may be addressed to Magnolia Memory Care, Inc., 2764 Pleasant Rd., PMB 876, Fort Mill, SC 29708. A Memorial Mass for Lillian will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at 9:30AM at St. Philip Neri Church, 292 Munn Rd., Fort Mill, SC.
