Greece: Unexpectedly on Monday, October 2, 2023, at age 59. Predeceased by her father and mother, Edward and Barbara Murante; brother, Stephen Barbato. She is survived by her loving husband, David Best; children, Erika Best, Leanna Best, Amanda (Pete) Joca, Bryan (Katie) Christian, Brianna Christian; grandchildren, Preston, Addison, Leonardo, Jackson and Olivia; brother, Jeff Barbato; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Joanna and Rudy Sillato, Mary and Ron Mendolera, Kris and Steve Moss; many nieces and nephews. Linda was an employee at Eastman Kodak Co. for over 29 years and was currently employed at Rochester General Hospital as an insurance specialist.
Friends may call MONDAY from 3-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Rd., Gates. On Tuesday, October 10, all are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at St. Lawrence Church, 1000 N. Greece Rd. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Rochester Accessible Adventures, 2165 Brighton Henrietta Townline Rd., Rochester, NY 14623 in her memory.
