Rochester: Saturday, June 12, 2021, at age 82. Predeceased by his wife, Patricia M. DiPonzio; parents, Louis and Katherine DiPonzio; sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Thomas Gangemi. He is survived by his children, Louis T. (Brenda) DiPonzio of Canada, Patrick R. DiPonzio (Kathy Silipigni), Mary Kay (Jim) Talbot; daughter-in-law, Tina DiPonzio; grandchildren, Partrick DiPonzio (Michelle Guthrie), Christopher DiPonzio, Gianna DiPonzio, James (Sarah) Talbot, Tyler (Ashley) Talbot; great granddaughter, Aria Rose; brother-in-law, Richard Mackey; many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends; dear friends, Sandy Lynch and Jan Hennon. Louis was a volunteer at the Veteran’s Outreach Center and a proud Marine Corps Veteran.
Friends may call THURSDAY from 4-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Rd., Gates. On Friday, June 18, friends are invited to attend his funeral services at 10:00AM at the funeral home. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Veteran’s Outreach Center, 447 South Ave., Rochester, NY 14620 in his memory.
