I am thoroughly going to miss seeing Maria at the office. She was such a kind and loving spirit. My heart goes out to Tony and her family.

Maria was a gifted fierce tour de force who cared greatly about humanity. She was bold, honorable and spirited. She always welcomed me (and later with my daughter) into her home. She made us feel like family and wouldn’t let us contribute to chores or food and always made us feel special. She loved her sons and her grandchild dearly. We will miss her positive energy, larger than life personality and smile. Dance and nourish those in the next realm. Rest In Peace. Lees and Nyssa

My family had the honor of having Maria as a neighbor for 50+ years. I remember wiping out on my yellow Huffy bike and getting a pretty bad cut on my arm. She came and fixed me up! She was a kind, generous and loving soul. Truly an angel among us. My heart hurts for her family and loved ones. She will be fondly remembered. Wishing you all peace and strength during this trying time.
