Gates: peacefully departed this earthly life on March 22, 2019, at age 62. He is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Suzy; loving son, Marcus (Andrea); sister-in-law, Cindy; nephew, Jonathan (Luisa); favorite niece, Justina; great niece, Lina; and the true loves of his life, his grandsons, Luca and Giovanni. Mark is predeceased by his parents, John and Dorothy Cortellini of Niagara Falls, NY, and his brother and best friend, John. Mark’s career in the automobile industry at the Cortese, Marketplace and Vision dealerships made him lifelong friends.
Friends may call TUESDAY from 4-8PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Rd., Gates. On Wednesday, March 27, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 11:15AM at St. Theodore’s Church. Interment, private.
