Rochester: Tuesday, June 16, 2020, at age 65. Predeceased by his mother, Frances (Zambito) Moon; father, Richard Moon; brother, Ronald Moon. He is survived by his daughter, Marisa (Jerry) Karns; grandchildren, Joseph, Julia and Gianna; brothers and sisters, Richard F. Moon, Mildred (Robert) Whitty, Clifford (Chris) Moon, Richard (Nancy) Moon, Christopher (Kimberly) Moon, Catherine (Robbie) Shafer; many nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and friends. Mark was a retiree from the Monroe County Parks Department and an avid lover of animals.
No prior calling. On Saturday morning, June 20, friends are invited to meet inside the Lake Ave. Gate at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 2461 Lake Ave. at 10:00 for his graveside services. Those wishing, donations may be directed to Verona St. Animal Society, 184 Verona St., Rochester, NY 14608 in his memory.
