Gates: Saturday, August 31, 2019 at age 86. Predeceased by his wife, Luciana Capozzi Emiliano; brother, Rene Emiliano; sister, Mary (Steve) Antetomaso; sister-in-law, Cynthia Capozzi. He is survived by sons, Anthony (Cheryl) Emiliano and Marc (Jennine) Emiliano; grandchildren, Nicole (Michael) Calzi, Danielle (Michael) Tomashoff, Anthony, Nicholas & Alexandra Emiliano; great-grandson, Marco Giovanni Calzi; brothers-in-law & sister-in-law, Dario Capozzi, Paula & Ezio Marianelli; many nieces, nephews and friends. Michel was a Korean War Veteran, a retiree of Erdle Perforating and an avid outdoorsman.
Friends may call WEDNESDAY 4:00-8:00 PM at DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Rd., Gates. On Thursday, September 5, 2019 all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 9:30 AM in Holy Ghost Church (Coldwater Rd.). Interment, Holy Ghost Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 in his memory.
