Gates/Irondequoit: Sunday, February 13, 2022, at age 104. Predeceased by her mother, Rose [Petix]; father, Philip; sister, Laura (Joseph) Cometa; brothers, Charles (Martha), Joseph (Rose), and Samuel; nephew, Richard (Sandra) Casanzio. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Phyllis Casanzio; niece, Linda Casanzio (Dominic); nephews, David (Mary Lou), Ronald, and Samuel (Maria); numerous grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Nancy was a Quality Inspector for Delco Products and retired in 1977 after 36 years. She had a long fulfilling life and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Nancy was not afraid to speak her mind and often did so without hesitation!
Family and friends may call Wednesday from 4:00- 7:00 PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Thursday, February 17, all are invited to attend her Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM at St. Kateri Parish at Christ the King Church, 445 Kings Highway South. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
