Greece: Tuesday, August 13, 2019, at age 89. Predeceased by his wife, Shirley (Brizzi) Buonemani; father and mother, Nicholas and Antoinette Buonemani; brothers, Michael (Rosemary), Sam (Rose) and Ray Buonemani; sisters, Theresa (Vincent) Virgo, Ann (Ralph) Piccinino, Polly (Gene) Bovenzi. He is survived by his children, Jeanette (Bob) Cole, Janice (Gary) Meyer, Nick (Dawn) Buonemani, John Buonemani; grandchildren, Bobby (Krissy) Cole, Christopher Cole (Alyssa Webster), Adam Cole, Andrew Cole, Brittany Meyer (Michael Guarino-Hyde), Erika, Nicholas and Nathan Buonemani; great grandson, Mason Alexander Cole; sister-in-law, Lena Buonemani; many nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends, Gary DiMartino, Sue DeBole and Antoinette DeBole. Nick was a retiree of RG&E after 44 years of service, and an Army Veteran of The Korean War.
No prior calling. On Monday, August 19, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 10:00AM in St. Jude’s Church, 4100 Lyell Rd. Interment, Holy Ghost Cemetery. Those wishing, donations may be directed to Lifetime Care, 3111 S. Winton Rd., Rochester, NY 14623, or to St. Jude’s Church, c/o of Parish of the Holy Family, 4100 Lyell Rd., Rochester, NY 14606, or to Elm Manor Nursing Home, 210 N. Main St., Canandaigua, NY 14424 in his memory. Nick’s family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at the Stroke Unit at Rochester General Hospital, Elm Manor Nursing Home and Lifetime Care Hospice for their loving and compassionate care.
