Gates: Tuesday, December 12, 2023, after a brief illness, at age 98. Predeceased by his wives, Margaret [Comi] Chefalo and Millie [Corsello] Chefalo; brothers, Tom (Ellen) and Pete (Jeanne) Chefalo; sisters, Mary (Tony) Brancazio, Rose (Domenic) Comparetto, and Ann Cable. He is survived by his children, Patrick M. (Jill) Chefalo, Rebecca Taylor of VA, Mary Jo Chefalo, Thomas J. Chefalo of IL, Michael J. (Marla) Chefalo, and Dr. Peter J. (Eva) Chefalo of Germany; grandchildren, Maggie (Rich) Serapilio, Anthony (Tessa) Chefalo, Carly (Adam) Wacenske, Allison & Alex Chefalo, Don & Ben Taylor, Jonathan & Leander Chefalo; 9 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Pat was a Navy Veteran of WWII. He was a retiree of Eastman Kodak Company and had been a parishioner of Holy Ghost Church.
Friends may call Tuesday from 4:00-7:00 pm at DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Wednesday, December 20, all are invited to attend his Funeral Service and Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in the All Saints Mausoleum Chapel at 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Honor Flight Rochester, Inc., P.O. Box 23581, Rochester, NY 14692 (https://honorflightrochester.org) in his memory.
