She is survived by her children, Roxanne Liberti (Michael Brown), Nelson II (Audra) Liberti, Gina (Jason) Bakke, and Nickie Liberti; grandchildren, Angelina, Nelson III, JJ, Gianna, Travis, Isabella, Dominic, Nikko, D’Angelo, and Gino; loving fur babies, Sheba and Baby; sister, Ann Marie Connell; cousins and dear friends.
Friends may call Friday, April 23, from 4:00-7:00 pm at DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Saturday, April 24, all are invited to attend her Memorial Funeral Mass at 9:30 am in St. Theodore Church, 168 Spencerport Road. Entombment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friends of Verona Street Animal Shelter, Inc., PO Box 22874, Rochester, NY 14692-2874 in her memory.
