Frank and Jeanne,
Phil and I were in the service together, also with Red and Phil, and George Picardo, and Al Russo. I was assigned to Ft. Devens, Mass. with Phil and I used to drive Phil and George bank and forth to Rochester every weekend because I was allowed to have my car on base. Phil was always a fun loving guy, and after we were discharged, we kind of lost track of each other but every time we met, there were a million laughs about the old days. Our Prayers are for all of the family. He was a great guy. Joe & Denise Cimino

Thoughts & Prayers for the family & puppy! We are truly saddened.
I am so happy that we reconnected. I’ll never forget that day, sitting at the bar, chatting. He said he used to live on Ambrose street, I said oh what number? I said, I used to live at that number, took a deeper look at his face & OMG,
I said Phil it’s me Apa, last name. Tears running down both our faces. We could not believe it! and so from there he & Bill became best of friends, attending many car shows together. He & I were able to talk about our families, his Mother Julia was my sponser who I Loved dearly. I could go on & on... He will always be in our Hearts💙
