Sunday, January 21, 2024, at age 96. Born in Cuba on February 3, 1927. He is predeceased by his wife, Ena (Navarro) Campa; siblings, Ramon Campa, Himilce Rodriguez, Raul Campa and Isabel Navarro. He is survived by his children, Edna (Michael) Caldarelli, Dania (Kevin) Mellott, Jose (Georgina) Campa; grandchildren, James Piazza (Jennifer Boddaert), John Piazza (Rachel Manginell), Isabel Piazza (Chris DiPonzio), Matthew Cotturone, Kaitlyn Cotturone (Zach Bansbach), Gabriel (Renee) Campa, Jennifer Campa, Justin Caldarelli; great grandchildren, Zaiden Piazza and Izara Lael Campa; brother, Gabriel Campa; sisters, Nelda Nunes and Yolanda Miranda; sister-in-law, Zoila (Jon) Tschetter; many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call SATURDAY, February 10, 2024, from 1:00-3:00 PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. A brief prayer service will follow at 3:00 pm in the funeral home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to St. Ann’s Home, c/o St. Ann’s Foundation, 1500 Portland Avenue, Rochester, New York 14621 in his memory.
