Smith, Ronald D. “Doo-Doo”
Gates: Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at age 89. Predeceased by his grandson, Christopher; his parents, and his 3 brothers and 2 sisters. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Nancy Smith; children, Russell (Linda) Smith, Rebecka Smith, Dennis (Sherry) Smith; daughter-in-law, Sandy Smith; grandchildren, Michael Smith, Denise Smith, Nicole Smith, Derek Smith, Christine Brede; many step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Raymond and Sarah Makin, Beverly Bleier; many nieces and nephews; his baseball family and his church family.
Ronald was a retiree of Xerox, a Navy veteran of the Korean War, a lifelong baseball fan, and a season ticket holder and stockholder of the Rochester Red Wings.
