He is survived by his children, John Granata (Tina O’Brien), Marianna Turner (Chris Quackenbush), Joseph (Grace) Granata; their mother, Diane Granata; grandchildren, Sara and Salvatore Granata, Amanda (Alan) Stevens, Jesse Turner, Ashley, Vincent, Giuliana and Joseph Granata; great grandson, Nathaniel; three brothers, two sisters; many nieces and nephews; dear friend, Lena Sanfilippo. Sam was a retired baker from Wegman’s.
No prior calling. On Saturday, June 27, friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 10:00AM at St. Theodore’s Church, 168 Spencerport Rd. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Those wishing, donations may be directed to American Diabetes Assoc., PO Box 15829, Arlington, VA 22215 in his memory.
