Scottsville: Friday, February 26, 2021, at age 72. Predeceased by his daughter, Rachel Whitlow; parents, Sylvester and Dorothy Whitlow; brother, Wayne Whitlow; sister, Sheila Whitlow. He is survived by his sisters, Linda Whitlow, Nina (Charles) Johnson; brother, Calvin Whitlow; many nieces and nephews. Steven was a 25 year employee at Xerox and an avid Chicago Cubs and Cleveland Browns fan.
