Gates: Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at age 78. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Jean (Marchese) Williams; children, Sandra Phoenix, T.J. Williams; grandchildren, Bryce and Austin Phoenix, Thomas Williams; sister, Margo Crews; brother, Harry Williams of CO; many nieces and nephews. T.L. was an employee of the City of Rochester for over 35 years.
Friends may call THURSDAY, from 4-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Friday, February 2, all are invited to attend his funeral services at 11:00AM at Church of Christ, 1039 North Greece Road. Interment, Falls Cemetery.
