Gates: Saturday, April 16, 2022, at age 91. Predeceased by his loving wife of 68 years, Felicia (Tambasco) Vespone; brother, Carlo; sisters, Raffaella, Caterina and Giuseppina. He is survived by his children, Daniel (Janet) Vespone, Maria (Raymond) Wilson; grandchildren, Brianna (Eric), Benjamin, Samuel and Anthony; sister, Annella Vespone Vereroso; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Maria Nucci Vespone, Grace and Peter Petrucci, Sofia Cappuccio, Rosina Tambasco; many nieces and nephews. Mr. Vespone in his early years worked at DiPaolo Baking and later retired from Delco Products. He was a devout Catholic and will be sadly missed by his family.
Friends may call WEDNESDAY from 4-7PM at the DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On Thursday, April 21, friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 9:30AM at St. Theodore’s Church. Entombment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, c/o Rochester Regional Health Foundation, 330 Monroe Avenue, Suite 400, Rochester, NY 14607 in his memory.
