Candelora, John R.
Gates: Saturday, April 23, 2016, at age 82. Predeceased by his wife, June Candelora. He is survived by his children, Cindy (Rick) Kosko, Richard (Debbie) Candelora; grandchildren, Marie Candelora, Laurie (Jared) Eldredge, and Stephanie (Ed) Santoro; great-grandson, Jacob Eldredge; sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
John was a retiree of L.M. Berry Co., and was an Army Veteran. He was a dedicated Yankees fan, and was an avid golfer in his day.
Friends may call Tuesday ONLY, 4:00 - 8:00 PM at DiPonzio Funeral Home, Inc., 219 Spencerport Road, Gates. On WEDNESDAY, April 27, all are invited to attend his Funeral Mass at 9:30 AM in St. Theodore’s Church. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. For those wishing, donations may be made to American Heart Association, PO Box 3049, Syracuse, NY 13220 in his memory.
